Savage in the Heart

I'll have to protect myself from giving him more than just my magic. Assuming he's a savage in the matters of the heart.

After escaping the horde camping nearby, I devise a plan that will get me through heavily guarded gates of Lyan.
It wasn't supposed to include a savage.
Especially not one that's as charming as he is fierce.

Then he pins me and offers me a deal: I let him channel my magic, and he escorts me inside the city.
It's simple, with no strings attached.
Until I'm bound to him in a way neither of us expected.
